Adam was responsive and punctual. He did a thorough job and we would be happy to recommend him to anyone. Adam is also very knowledgeable about the different kinds of carpets and fabrics and the required cleaning or treatment.

Carpets look like new! The tenant had left them in a very poor state, Adam has brought them back to life. Very happy.

Fantastic service from start to finish. They responded to my enquiry very quickly and, even though they couldn’t help directly, they went out of their way to suggest an alternative. That kind of honesty and helpfulness is rare and much appreciated.
