At Patty Plus, our quotation covers a complete deep carpet cleaning process — not just a quick refresh or basic steam cleaning.
Our professional service includes:
Carpet inspection
We identify the carpet fibre, check for stains, urine contamination, damage, loose areas and problems with the carpet grippers.
Commercial vacuuming
The carpet is thoroughly vacuumed using professional equipment designed for carpet cleaning.
Specialist pre-treatment
We select the correct pre-spray based on whether your carpet is wool or synthetic, as well as the level and type of soiling, including grease, traffic marks and stains.
Mechanical agitation
The pre-treatment is worked deep into the carpet fibres using specialist agitation equipment. Just like soap loosens dirt when washing your hands, this stage breaks down the soil before extraction.
Hot water extraction and rinsing
Our powerful extraction system removes the loosened dirt, cleaning solution and moisture from the carpet.
Steam alone does not clean the carpet. The pre-treatment and agitation do the main cleaning work. The extraction stage then rinses and removes everything from the fibres.
Carpet pile grooming
After cleaning, we reset and groom the carpet pile to improve its appearance and support even drying.
Furniture protection
When furniture is returned to the cleaned area, we protect the legs to prevent marks, rust transfer or colour damage.
Final inspection
We inspect the carpet after cleaning to ensure the best possible result.
Professional drying advice
Depending on the carpet and property conditions, we may also use professional air movers. Our optional turbo speed-drying service can reduce drying time significantly.
Many low-cost carpet cleaning services provide only the extraction stage. Our full deep-cleaning process includes every important step required to achieve a cleaner, fresher and longer-lasting result.
When comparing carpet cleaning quotations, always ask exactly what is included.
